Hey I would like to see the promotion feature next, where basicly it will renew the promotion on your account.

Yes for example I have a promo of 3 free subs active for 1 day if they are all claimed it readds the promo automaticly basicly increaseing conversions because you can instill fomo but you don't have to watch it yourself and readd the promotion on your account.

when im manually in the vault sending a piece of content, it needs to say if its a feed post/already been sent/purchased

Please could substy add fans to lists when the they have unlocked from a sexting set so the chatters dont accidentally use it again

And the ability to manual toggle a script on or off for a fan (for when you know a fan bought on an old account or something to manual disable the script)

Fanvue allows you to set a PPV of up to €500, but Substy only allows amounts up to €200. Could you please increase the limit to €500 if the creator is on Fanvue?

Hello, is it possible to add a “Just Chatting” mode where the bot wouldn’t try to sell the account or promote anything, but would simply maintain conversations and keep regular users engaged for long-term retention?

Would love a feature where Capital Ai & CupidBot can pass conversation context into Substy when a user converts from Telegram, IG, or X to Fanvue/OF, so the chatbot doesn’t start from zero again. Things like convo summary, interests, intent level, and funnel stage would let AI or chatters continue naturally, improve conversions, and make the experience feel seamless across platforms.

Sales narrative arc / escalating backstory feature

Allow creators to define a progressive backstory narrative (e.g. 'needs to pay off student loan') that the AI gradually escalates across multiple conversations and scripts. The story would build over time - starting with mentioning the loan casually, then escalating the financial need, so the fan feels progressively more compelled to help out financially. Currently this has to be manually written into script messages, with no automatic progression mechanism.

Is it possible to integrate this as well to Telegram? A lot of agencies are also doing Telegram OFM and it would be really great if you can have support for automating the chatting and selling of PPVs on Telegram as well. I have tons of agencies who are interested in this as well, I assure you.

Relationship building performed by Ai, as of now the ai can only handle chats based on scripts provided, it would be great to see everything could be automated, the ai can handle all chats including PPV, Scripts and normal day to day conversations. Total automation, Ai keeps track of Subscribers personal details and the things they enjoy/get up to, The ai can manage all relationship building, keeping in touch with fans, replying to daily messages and staying consistent.
